This has got to be the worst program ever developed by CA. I purchase a previous version for 2007 and just wanted to update. Needless to say, I have had nothing but installation problems. Contacting the company has not helped. I have written them emails with my phone number to contact me to discuss this issue. To date I have not had any help or phone calls. Best advice is to: STAY AWAY from this product. If I could get my money back I would.
