This might be the greatest software ever created. I wouldn't know. During installation, you are required to enter a serial number which is described as being "located in the software package". I tried to use the number on a label attached to the inside flap of the CD envelope, but received a message that it wasn't valid. So I cannot install it. Three emails and one week later, I still haven't had a reply from FarStone's so-called Technical Support.
