Why would you pay more? November 23, 2008 This is your basic GPS device that is user friendly, reliable. We're sure there are devices with more features but at our age we're happy just to know how to get there. It doesn't say "recalculating route" if you go wrong or change plans therefore you might not know right away that you missed a turn.
Great little gps for the money November 23, 2008 My husband had trouble hearing while driving when the old gps would talk and more trouble seeing the smaller screen. This is much better for our use and will get more use when going to Oahu soon.
impressive November 23, 2008 My wife and I had never owned a GPS unit before. At our age (late70's),we look for an easy to use and understand unit..This Magellan has both of those qualities, and more..
Great Value November 22, 2008 I was skeptical of this product just due to the price compared to other GPS systems. But, I read the review of the individuals who purchased before me and decided to give it a try. I love it! I'm so glad I didn't waste my money by ordering a more expensive GPS.
GPS Systems November 19, 2008 They are pretty easy to use, a few too many extra steps for each address entered. The extra steps should be default settings like most GPS systems are. This allowing it to be easier and faster to enter in an address. They are small and that is great. The package doesn't come with a cable to connect to the PC and that is not a easy cable to find.
